Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. 4. Stir in the curry powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  5. 5. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
