  • 500 g Prawns cleaned and deveined
  • 100 g Butter
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the prawns are fully cooked.
  6. 6. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve hot.
