Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 500 ml Chicken broth
  • 200 g Chicken breast, sliced
  • 100 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Laksa paste
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pot, heat the laksa paste over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken broth and coconut milk to the pot. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Add the chicken breast slices and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  5. 5. Add the shrimp and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
  6. 6. Divide the cooked noodles into bowls. Ladle the soup over the noodles.
  7. 7. Garnish with bean sprouts, cilantro, and lime wedges. Serve hot.
