  • 1 kg Lala clams
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 1 bunch Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean the lala clams thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add the clams, cover the pot, and cook until the clams open up, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Discard any clams that do not open.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
