Instructions
1. Clean the lala clams thoroughly under running water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the clams, cover the pot, and cook until the clams open up, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Discard any clams that do not open.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
