Mee Bandung Muar Recipe (Noodle Dish with Shrimp/Beef Gravy)

- 400 g Yellow noodles
- 200 g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200 g Beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili paste
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 stalks Spring onions, chopped
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
1. Heat oil in a pot. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add chili paste and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add beef and shrimp, cook until they change color.
4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add coconut milk, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
7. Add noodles to the gravy. Mix well.
8. Garnish with spring onions and bean sprouts before serving.
