Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee or vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup Water Warm
  • ¼ cup Ghee or vegetable oil For cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Add the ghee or oil and mix well. Gradually add warm water and knead until you get a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into small balls and coat each ball with a bit of ghee or oil. Let them rest for at least 2 hours.
  3. Roll out each ball into a thin sheet. Fold the sheet into a coil and then flatten it again.
  4. Heat a griddle over medium heat. Cook each flattened dough until golden brown on both sides, adding ghee or oil as needed.
